I wanted to take a little of your time to inform you of the wonderful experience I recently had as a patient at the Bosley Medical Virginia Beach office. As can be expected, I was both excited and nervous regarding my hair transplant procedure. I was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel very comfortable right away. Everyone was cheerful and polite. Dr. Epstein took me in immediately to conduct a private consultation prior to the procedure. He explained everything in detail and put me at ease. He then examined me and took some measurements of my head to determine how he wanted to proceed and the number of grafts he expected to use for the procedure. He even drew a hairline with a marker so I could see what to expect. Dr Epstein also valued my opinion and expectations and really made me feel like I was part of the decision making process at Bosley Medical.
I was then taken back to the surgical room where my name was written on a plaque that stated "Welcome Charles. I thought that was a very nice and personal touch. We continued with the procedure of carefully placing over 1700 grafts I'm still amazed at how pain free the procedure was... I was able to watch television or even a movie if I chose to do so. All during the procedure the staff kept checking on me and reassuring me... Anyway, later that night Doctor Epstein personally called me to check on my condition. I really appreciated that gesture. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.
In closing, the entire staff should be commended for their efforts during my visit. A special thanks to Doctor Epstein for his professionalism and expertise, and Sarah Burns who coordinated scheduling my visit, the directions to the facility, and assisting me with hotel accomodations. I really cannot say enough about how well I was treated on my special day. You should really feel proud of the staff at the Virginia Beach location. A big thanks to everyone is certainly in order! Please feel free to use me as a reference for future clients.

I received 2,200 grafts in a procedure performed in your Richmond office and to call it a pleasant experience is an understatement. The entire staff, from Dr. Epstein to the clerical personnel, were absolutely incredible. It was very obvious to me that everyone there enjoyed their job. I was very impressed with the amount of documentation that was kept and how everyone took the time to explain in detail every step of the procedure. Everyone was concerned with my well being and, with the exception of my butt going to sleep, I never experienced any discomfort. I have to say that the caliber of people you employ are a credit to your organization.
