Edwin S. Epstein, M.D., F.A.C.S., Virginia Beach
Edwin S. Epstein, M.D., has been practicing hair restoration for more than 15 years. He has conducted and published research in the field and has been a past president and is a current member of the Board of Governors of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons (ISHRS) for which he has done numerous workshops and presentations. He is also a member of the Medical Society of Virginia, the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons, and the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery. He has been on the Hair Loss Advisory Board of Merck and Co.
Dr. Epstein earned his B.A. degree from Duke University and his M.A. from Georgetown University. After ten years in private practice, he became Medical Director of Chambers Hair Institute in Baltimore and Richmond. In 1995, he joined the Stuart Medical Group as Medical Director. He is licensed to practice medicine in Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Colorado, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Michigan and Missouri.
